Turn your Boost into a BEAST that snarls and spits fire! Including our Ultra-Lite™ Silencer and Power Shift Clutch Kit™, this kit
sheds 6 lbs. of unneeded weight and provides startlingly better performance. The secret that makes this kit such a potent performer is the way our Magnum Force Ultra™ Clutch Weights improve the sled’s shifting efficiency.
This patented (US Patent #11739836) weight set transfers the Boost’s impressive horsepower to the ground with precision using our industry exclusive mass profile. Its design delays initial shift, allowing the turbo to spool faster. Once the turbo spools, it shifts aggressively, loading the engine and creating more exhaust heat. This improves boost function and generates more usable power quicker. Make sure you’re set when you pull the boost’s trigger with this kit because she’s gonna launch!

This innovative patentened (US Patent #11739836 and Patents Pending) weight utilizes a slingshot effect to transfer the Polaris Boost’s impressive horsepower to the ground with precision using our industry exclusive mass profile. Its design delays initial shift, allowing the turbo to spool faster and then shifts aggressively, loading the engine and creating more exhaust heat. This improves boost function and generates more usable power quicker.
The way that we have distributed the mass within this weight’s design is the secret that creates the improved shifting characteristics. At the tip of the weight is a protrusion we call the Launch Tube. At rest and in low speed modes, the mass of the Launch Tube is below the line perpendicular to the clutch. The mass located in this area reduces the initial shift force of the weight while the turbo is in naturally aspirated and low boost mode, yet applies that mass as added shift force when it shifts above the perpendicular plane.
This revolutionary new technology replaces the need to use engagement grinds on the weights and extremely high spring rates that are prone to loss of tension and breakage. It also places the appropriate shift force on the belt at all times, proving to be a far superior clutching solution for these Turbo sleds.
