We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. Prepayment with personal or business checks must clear prior to shipment (typically 7-10 days after we receive payment). All prices listed are net, plus shipping and handling. On all orders, include payment for shipping charges.


Online orders require the credit card to be verified prior to finalizing the transaction and results in a $0.01 initial charge. Once a method of shipping has been established we will then bill your charge card for the purchase including freight. If you choose to have the order shipped without receiving a freight quote we will ship the order by your desired method of shipping and you will receive an invoice with your total including freight. Your credit card statement will show two payments one being the initial $0.01 charge and the second being the balance of the order.


 Payment Methods


Orders will be shipped FedEx second day or UPS Ground (whichever is most cost effective) unless specified. Available options are UPS Ground, UPS 2-Day Blue Label, UPS 1-Day Red Label, FedEx 2-Day Economy, or FedEx1-Day Priority or Express, USPS First Class Mail, and USPS Priority. Saturday shipments are available in some areas.


Online Orders who choose "Best Way" will be shipped via the most cost effective shipping method available for their area, typically via USPS Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail Shipments shipped within the U.S will include a tracking number. 


The following exceptions apply to USPS shipment: No CODS are available, SLP WILL NOT be responsible for lost, late, damaged, or underinsured shipments.


Heavy shipments over 150 pounds will be shipped by truck freight systems.


No bus shipment is available.


All shipments will be insured for contents value except for USPS shipments which may not have adequate insurance available and customer assumes all risk.

We prefer you to ship only the engine components needed for modification. Pack all parts in a sturdy cardboard or wood box. Make sure the parts are well padded with quality packing material to prevent damage in shipping. (Do not use foam peanuts or bubble wrap for engine parts). Most shipping companies will not cover poorly packaged items even if insured. Use a minimum of 2" solid padding around each part. Insure all items for replacement cost of shipment. Be sure and include your name, return shipping address, and a day-time contact phone number along with a list of parts and/or modifications requested.


Note: If this product is a return, it must be accompanied with a Return Authorization Number (RA Number). Please contact a member of our sales staff for information about acquiring a RA Number.

Return privileges expire 10 days from date of shipment. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all unused items. No merchandise will be accepted without authorization number and invoice copy or invoice number.

Starting Line Products, Inc. warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defect in material and workmanship for the purpose it was intended. Starting Line Products, Inc. shall not be liable for damage or delays caused by defective material or workmanship; it is limited to the repair or replacement, as its factory, of any defective article or part thereof, which may be returned to the factory; transportation charges prepaid, within 60 days after shipping date to original purchaser. Starting Line Products, Inc. shall be the sole judge of the existence of any defect in the article so returned. No claim for charges incurred in the removal, disassembly, or reinstallation of such article will be allowed. This warranty shall not cover any article which has been misused or neglected or damaged by accident; any article which has been altered outside the Starting Line Factory, or the performance of any engine or equipment on or in which any article of the company’s manufacturer is used. Starting Line Products, Inc. shall, in no event, be liable for consequential damage or contingent liability arising out of any total or partial failure to function of any article manufactured by if or of any engine or equipment on or in which it is used. Failure of a user to give notice of claim as to defect claimed under the provisions of this warranty within sixty (60) days of the appearance of such claim shall constitute a waiver by customer of all claims with respect to such goods and equipment. No expressed, implied, or statutory warranty other than that herein set forth is made or authorized to be made by the company.
