Update your 2-roller TSS-04 (small rollers) or TSS-21 (big rollers) driven clutch to a new, more efficient design with the Tri-Roller Spider from Venom. This new spider uses 3 rollers to increase the helix/roller load capacity by 50% and spreads the load out for a more stable shift. As a result, your clutch temperatures will drop and your backshift will be lightning fast. Requires use of a new Tri-Roller Helix (see below). Helix angles and spring rates cross over directly from 2-roller setups.

Increase both the performance and durability of your P-22 drive clutch with this trick new Drive Clutch Cover from SLP! Made from 7075 Aircraft Alloy billet aluminum, this cap is much more robust in its construction than the stock cover. It also utilizes a new, easily replaceable bushing for improved consistency in shifting and better longevity. The bushing has a tighter bushing-to-shaft clearance to help keep the clutch running as true as possible and for smooth shifting. Anodized red and black for a sharp look, this cap is an absolute MUST for anyone running the Polaris P-22 drive clutch.

The Magnum Force™ weight is the latest clutching technology, improving the clamping efficiency of the weight (especially at low to mid speed ranges). It utilizes external adjustability by means of a gun drilled and threaded center core, where mass can be added or subtracted without removing the weight from the clutch.

This innovative patentened (US Patent #11739836 and Patents Pending) weight utilizes a slingshot effect to transfer the Polaris Boost’s impressive horsepower to the ground with precision using our industry exclusive mass profile. Its design delays initial shift, allowing the turbo to spool faster and then shifts aggressively, loading the engine and creating more exhaust heat. This improves boost function and generates more usable power quicker.
The way that we have distributed the mass within this weight’s design is the secret that creates the improved shifting characteristics. At the tip of the weight is a protrusion we call the Launch Tube. At rest and in low speed modes, the mass of the Launch Tube is below the line perpendicular to the clutch. The mass located in this area reduces the initial shift force of the weight while the turbo is in naturally aspirated and low boost mode, yet applies that mass as added shift force when it shifts above the perpendicular plane.
This revolutionary new technology replaces the need to use engagement grinds on the weights and extremely high spring rates that are prone to loss of tension and breakage. It also places the appropriate shift force on the belt at all times, proving to be a far superior clutching solution for these Turbo sleds.
