The sheave clamp tool holds the moveable sheave of the drive clutch in place when collapsed for changing clutch weights without removing outer cover or clutch from crankshaft. An absolute must for field tuning.
Drive clutch belt-to-sheave clearance is extremely important. It should be set at a maximum of .020" with a new belt. Too much belt-to-sheave clearance will cause poor clutch performance.
