This SLP Single Pipe Set for the 2011-12 Polaris 800 Pro Chassis reduces weight by 3.7 lbs and delivers an additional 7.6 horsepower peak with good midrange gains, which equates to crisp, clean throttle response and quicker acceleration with more top-end speed on the trail. In the deep snow, this added horsepower and weight loss gets you up on the snow quicker, allows you to climb higher and boondock better.
A lot of time and effort has gone into developing this ceramic coated pipe for optimum horsepower, running consistency and reliability. In doing so, we found that it was necessary to add a small heat shield to the pipe that is about half the size of the stock heat shield. This heat shield was needed to bring the pipe temperature up quickly for maximum running consistency.
SLP tested and passed SAE J-2567 stationary sound test below 88 decibels.
Era 2007 Silencing Technology.
This pipe set will also require additional fueling and we recommend the use of a DynoJet Power Commander V or PCFC Fuel Controller with SLP map. Also recommended is a High Flow™ Intake Kit and if running in deep powder conditions the SLP Powder Valves™.
Clutching changes are recommended, please inquire or refer to the "Instructions" tab above.

Race Proven Performance!
This single pipe dominated the 800 and 1000 Improved stock classes on the 2013 RMSHA hillclimb circuit. Pro Racer Erin Beukelman, for the second year straight, won the points championship in each of these two classes aboard his Polaris Pro 800 equipped with an SLP single pipe. And yes, this is the same exact consumer version single pipe listed on this web page, quiet silencer and all. To top it all off this year, Keith Curtis followed a close second in 800 Improved as did Jason Crane in RMSHA Improved and Tyler crocket in 1000 Improved, all using the same consumer version of our single pipe for the Polaris Pro 800.
