They provide an extremely slippery surface for the ski carbide to ride on while also providing boot grip for walking on with the integrated traction nubs. Each glide section is 9” wide and 30” long. Made from high quality plastic, they are very durable. 8 pieces are included in each kit for a total length of 10 ft.
