This new spring compression tool makes servicing Polaris secondary clutches a breeze. It utilizes a special extremely coarse thread to keep you from “screwing around” with it all day. The special aluminum pilot bushing fits perfectly into the helix to keep the helix centered while you compress the spring. This new cap is very robust in its construction to significantly reduce the binding caused by the stock cap in RZR Turbo and RS1 models. This decreases heat and friction, improves clutching consistency and performance and lengthens clutch and belt life. One key to our design is the tight tolerance bronze bushing that we use. This bushing is flanged to insure that it stays in place and the tighter tolerance between the bushing and the spider nut helps further reduce heat and friction caused by cap bushing bind to eliminate the problem rather than just deal with the headaches the extra heat and friction create. This kit comes complete with a new spider nut that has been machined in the castle area to allow its use with the tight tolerance bushing.

Make your secondary clutch smooth shifting, friction-free, efficient and durable with this TEAM Tied Conversion. The slide blocks in the stock secondary clutch create friction and do not shift smoothly. This clutch conversion allows you to switch from the slide block clutch to the TEAM Tied roller clutch and get all of the benefits that come with it. This is a perfect replacement for a worn out stock clutch. For best results, use in conjunction with one of our SLP Clutch Kits.
